Josh Shows What “Mornings at the Altman Household” Look Like These Days (PHOTOS)
Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent Josh Altman showed off his "favorite part" of the day with his family.
Josh Altman is a very busy man. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles cast member is constantly brokering deals, rubbing elbows with celebrities, designing his own home, and raising his two kids with the help of his wife, Heather Altman.
But, when Josh needs his moments of clarity and relief, he turns to his children — 5-year-old son, Ace Altman, and 7-year-old daughter, Lexi Altman for peace. Because really, there is no better way to start the morning if you ask him.
Josh Altman's "Favorite Part" of the Day with His Two Kids
Josh took to his Instagram account on July 24, where he posted two selfies, taken with both of his kids, inside of their home early in the morning. The real estate agent, who normally wears suits in his career, opted to wear a sleeveless shirt while taking a photo with his daughter in front of a wall filled with family photos. In the second photo, Ace can be seen looking so much like Josh's twin, just chilling with smiles on their faces.
"Mornings at the Altman household," Josh captioned the photo. "My favorite part of everyday cause I'm with Lexi and Ace."
Of course, Josh would want to soak up every single second with his kids, especially since he revealed in MDLLA Season 15 Episode 3 that he is "basically living in his car" due to his work schedule and lengthy commute. "I am that new realtor basically living in his car," he said.

Where does Josh and Heather Altman live now?
Their home base is about to become Orange County, California, where the couple purchased a waterfront home in 2023. Since then, they have been busy working on the remodel and they are hoping to move their family in by the fall.
"Heather knocked it out of the park," Josh recently told The Daily Dish in June 2024 of their new home. "Every inch of that house, she just rocked. It's taking a little longer, it costs a lot more, but for us, like she said, this is not a couple-year house. This is a house we're going to pass down to our kids. We're excited."
Josh & Heather Altman's Kids Are Now "Little Adults"
As if it wasn't obvious enough by the photos, both Lexi and Ace are taking after Heather and Josh. While speaking to The Daily Dish, Heather said that Ace "wants to be just like his daddy."
"He calls himself a real estate-r and dresses up in suits and it's super cute," she said.
Lexi, on the other hand, is known to occasionally rock a pair of high heels, according to Heather, and is "just turning into this sweet, cute, little independent lady." This has been super exciting for the couple.
"So it's just really fun to have these little adults now that want to go out to dinner with us," she added. "Before it was like, 'I don't want to go out to dinner,' so it's cute. We've got these little built in besties now that do stuff we like to do."
