Josh & Heather Altman's Orange County Office Has a Jaw-Dropping "Focal Point" (VIDEO)
The MDLLA couple used a "favorite" feature from their home as they transformed their new Orange County workspace.
Although we've gotten glimpses of Josh Altman and Heather Altman's new office in Orange County, which included a $2 million renovation, it turns out the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles couple's workspace is even more gorgeous than we thought. In a September 24 Instagram video, Heather showed off the jaw-dropping "focal point" of the space, and it's a feature you may recognize from their house.
"Brought one of my favorite features of my home into the new office!" Heather captioned the post, pointing to the large "Esmeralda green stone" island that perfectly punctuates the OC office's entrance and acts as the "focal point of the space."
Though Heather pointed to the marble island's "beautiful" look, she noted it also comes with "the risk of staining and damage." To shield it from any issues, the couple enlisted Extreme Autowerks to cover it with a "StoneGuard," or an "invisible film" that "protects the stone from staining and is heat resistant."
In addition to the above peek at the gorgeous, emerald-colored stone island, Josh and Heather revealed all the incredible details of their new office in a September 12 Instagram video.
"Join [Josh] and I for an exclusive tour of The Altman Brothers’ NEW OC Real Estate Lounge in the heart of Corona del Mar," Heather captioned the video, which revealed close-up glimpses at the chic neutral color palette dotted with head-turning features such as colorful art prints, unique overhead light fixtures, a rose quartz bathroom vanity, and more.
She continued: "The new flagship office offers a unique luxury lounge experience with cutting-edge technology, top-of-the-line appliances, custom stonework, high-end finishes, and unparalleled amenities such as a custom coffee logo printer! We can’t wait to show you the space and open our doors to the incredible community down in Orange County. Let’s gooooo! What is your favorite feature?"
When Did Josh and Heather Altman's OC Office Open?
On August 29, Josh announced in an Instagram post that the Altman Brothers office had finally opened its doors after a challenging renovation process.
"[The office] offers a coastal, organic-inspired space with unparalleled amenities, perfect for both team members and the community to connect, experience, and envision the future of real estate in Orange County," Josh wrote.

In addition to their new office in the OC, Josh and Heather revealed revealed to The Daily Dish in March 2023 that they had purchased a waterfront home in Orange County.
“I’ll be remodeling that over the next year and making that, eventually, one day, our full-time residence,” Heather shared at the time.
In a June 2024 interview with The Daily Dish, Heather gave an update on the renovation process. "We’re still in the middle of construction, hopefully nearing completion in the next four months or so," she stated.
In the same interview, Josh praised his wife for her design work on the new place.
"Heather knocked it out of the park," he said. "Every inch of that house, she just rocked. It’s taking a little longer, it costs a lot more, but for us, like she said, this is not a couple-year house. This is a house that we’re going to pass down to our kids. We’re excited."
