Throughout Season 15 of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, we've seen Josh Altman and Heather Altman deal with various hurdles in opening their new Altman Brothers office in Orange County — including a $2 million renovation — but despite the challenges, the office is now open to the public and as gorgeous as ever.

"Join [Josh] and I for an exclusive tour of The Altman Brothers’ NEW OC Real Estate Lounge in the heart of Corona del Mar," Heather captioned a September 12 Instagram video, which brought fans into the stunning space.

She continued: "The new flagship office offers a unique luxury lounge experience with cutting-edge technology, top-of-the-line appliances, custom stonework, high-end finishes, and unparalleled amenities such as a custom coffee logo printer! We can’t wait to show you the space and open our doors to the incredible community down in Orange County. Let’s gooooo! What is your favorite feature?"

In her Instagram Stories, Heather shared more close-up glimpses of the "luxury lounge," which includes a chic neutral color palette with eye-catching features like an emerald marble bar, gold fixtures, and sleek art prints. The California mom also revealed the details of the various chairs she purchased for the office.

"Obsessed with the chairs we got for the new OC office," Heather wrote over her Stories, linking out to the ash wood and cream cushion dining chairs ($585), cream fabric and gold metal bar stools ($725), and that same gold metal stool in dining chair form ($475), all from Style Me by Guided Home Design.

Josh and Heather Altman's Vision for Their OC Office

On MDLLA Season 15, Episode 3, Josh and Heather showed off their in-progress office, explaining the vision that was going into the contemporary chic space.

"This is the best a construction site can ever look," Josh quipped on the episode while speaking with his company's team members. "This is not going to be an office. I don't want you guys to feel like you're in an office. I want you guys to feel at home here. I want your clients, most importantly, to feel comfortable here."

Later, in an interview confessional from the July 24 episode, Josh and Heather revealed more about their intentions for the office. "We are not opening up an office. We are opening up a real estate lounge," Heather explained as Josh noted, "No desks. We're just going to have a 140-inch television screen where we can project all the listings."

Heather continued: "We're going to have the most stunning stone and it's going to have the Altman Brothers water-etched into the center island. Free lattes and cappuccinos in the morning and then by happy hour, maybe a shot of tequila."
