While we now know that the Altman Brothers' Orange County office is open and thriving (not to mention gorgeous), the road to get there was a little bumpy. Throughout Season 15 of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, we've seen Josh Altman and Heather Altman deal with all the stress that comes with a $2 million renovation. And it's not over yet.

In the above preview for Episode 10 — the season finale! — Josh and Heather face the fact that their opening timeline isn't going smoothly. Showing up to the space, they see a whole construction site ... 15 days before their ribbon cutting ceremony is supposed to take place.

"Oh my God," says Heather upon seeing what they're up against. "I see a lot of wood."

"You don't think they're gonna be done in time?" Josh asks Heather, who expresses concern over the lack of progress.

Now, it's Josh's turn to panic a little. "Oh, my God," he says before turning to their contractor. "Bro, are we gonna get this done in time? I have 150 invites out."

"We're gonna die trying," replies the professional.

In a confessional, the couple explains the enormity of the situation.

"In 15 days, we're having a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Orange County office reveal. And the exterior of the office is not finished. Not even close," says Josh, while Heather adds, "It's a f-cking disaster."

Still, the contractor isn't too worried.

"So, I told you that there were gonna be some hiccups. And we've had a bunch of delays," he tells the couple. "The door got a little bit smaller, so instead of being 19 feet it's 16 feet. This was existing, it worked, it wasn't a fight with the city. So we had to compromise."

Nevertheless, this does little to settle their nerves.  "I mean I see improvements and changes, I'm just kind of having a panic attack," Heather says. "Like, obviously we knew the inside wasn't going to be done and we thought it was a doable timeframe to at least get the exterior completely done. But how are you going to get the exterior completely done in 15 days? This is still a shell of a building."

On Season 15, Episode 8 of MDLLA, Heather explained the challenges of the massive office build.

"When Josh and I first thought of opening up in Orange County, I never thought that we were going to have a space that we had to completely gut and basically build from the ground up," she said. "So now I have to source everything: the furniture, the decor, the finishes, the appliances. Not to mention I'm running the Altman Brothers — it just does not end."

Funding the massive project was putting stress on the couple as well. As the episode showed, the cost of appliances alone came out to $465,798. In a confessional, Josh declared with frustration that he had been cutting checks "like a f-cking bank."

Did the Altmans open their OC office?

Yes. On August 29, Josh and Heather announced the exciting news that their OC office is ready for business.

"WE ARE OPEN," Josh captioned an August 29 Instagram post, noting that he and Heather created a "unique lounge experience in the heart of Corona del Mar."
