Heather Dubrow's Career History: What Roles and Shows Has the Actress Been In?
Heather Dubrow (née Kent) has an impressive resume. Here's where you've seen the actress outside RHOC.
While Heather Dubrow plays many parts in her day to day life (mom, author, podcast host, and Mrs. Guinea Pig, to name but a few) the The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member also has an impressive acting résumé. Beginning in the early '90s, Heather, known professionally as Heather Paige Kent, could be found on plenty of TV sets.
"I've always been a performer. I was a singer. I had a 14-piece big band I toured with for four years. And then I started getting better acting jobs," explained Heather during Season 17 Episode 2 of RHOC. "I was a series regular on several television shows."
During the following episode, Heather mentioned that she may be ready to step back into acting after her oldest children, twins Max and Nick, head to college.

Heather Dubrow's Movie & TV Roles
After receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Syracuse University in 1990, Heather jumped into the professional acting world. Here's a peek into her (much-discussed, as RHOC fans know) IMDb page.
1991: Baby Talk
Heather kicked off her professional acting career with an episode of Baby Talk in 1991. The sitcom, which was based on the Look Who's Talking movies, starred Ryan and Paul Jessup (as the face of a talking baby), Mary Kate Keller, George Clooney (who left the show before Heather's appearance), Julia Duffy, and Tony Danza (as the voice of a talking baby).
While on the show, Heather shared her first on-screen kiss with Scott Baio.
1994: The Bold and the Beautiful
While Heather featured in just one of the longtime drama's 36 seasons, she certainly made her mark. She appeared in three episodes as Georgette, years before fellow California Housewife Denise Richards joined the show as Shauna Fulton in 2019.
1996-1997: Life with Roger
Life with Roger had quite the premise.
"On his wedding eve, uptight doctor Jason (Maurice Godin) stops homeless Roger (Mike O'Malley) from suicide and makes him his roommate and Roger makes the now-single Jason more of a free spirit. Aspiring actress Lanie (Hallie Todd), his sister, lives next door," reads its IMDb description.
Heather played a recurring character named Kate during the show's two-season run.
1997-1998: Jenny with Jenny McCarthy
The actress worked with her longtime friend and fellow actress Jenny McCarthy on the latter's namesake show from 1997 to 1998.
Jenny starred McCarthy as a convenience store clerk who inherited a fortune from a father she never knew. After his funeral, Jenny and her lifelong friend Maggie (played by Heather) headed to Hollywood in pursuit of fame.
1999-2000: Stark Raving Mad
Featuring a host of great names like Tony Shalhoub and Neil Patrick Harris, the 1999 sitcom about an editor trying to get a new book out of a horror novelist with writer's block won the Favorite New Television Comedy Series People's Choice Award at the January 10, 2000 awards show. Heather rounded out the series' main cast as bartender and college student Maddie Keller.
2000-2002: That's Life
Heather received her first starring role in the hour-long CBS drama That's Life. On the show, she played Lydia DeLucca (daughter of Ellen Burstyn's Dolly DeLucca and the late Paul Sorvino's Frank DeLucca), a 30-something-year-old bartender who called off her engagement and headed to college.
In a 2012 Q&A with The Daily Dish, Heather called That's Life her biggest acting accomplishment.
"Working along actors such as Ellen Burstyn, Paul Sorvino, Kevin Dillon, Debi Mazar, Kristen Bowers, Peter Firth... Unbelievable. A dream job with amazing characters created by Dianne Ruggiero," she said. "I'm very proud of that show."
2009: Surviving Suburbia
Years after That's Life ended, Heather showed up as Mrs. Spillman in two episodes of the one-season Bob Saget sitcom Surviving Suburbia.
2014: Sequestered
In 2014, with her RHOC career already underway, Heather played a combative juror in the murder-case courtroom drama Sequestered.
Heather Dubrow's Guest Roles: Married... with Children, Hot in Cleveland, Malibu Country, Hawaii 5-0 and More
Next to her starring roles and multi-episode arcs, Heather has made plenty of guest appearances on the small screen. In 1994, she guest starred on Married... with Children. She's also appeared on Hot in Cleveland, Hawaii Five-0, and Reba McEntire's sitcom Malibu Country (a topic of controversy during season 8 of RHOC).
