Captain Glenn Shephard Shares an Important Update on Colin MacRae
Below Deck Sailing Yacht's Glenn Shephard also revealed if he would work with Colin MacRae again.
Captain Glenn Shephard just revealed whether he would work with Below Deck Sailing Yacht alum Colin MacRae again after his complicated Season 4 boatmance with Daisy Kelliher.
During an appearance on the November 11 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, the Parsifal III captain also revealed that he recently reunited with the engineer.
"I was just with him at [the] Annapolis boat show," Captain Glenn shared, before adding that he "would love" to work with Colin again in the future (find out more about Glenn and Colin's boat show reunion).
As for whether he thinks that Colin would be interested in working with him again on the sailing vessel, the Canadian said, "I think there's a chance... for sure."
Where is Colin MacRae today?
On WWHL, Glenn shared an update on what Colin's been up to since viewers last saw him on Season 4.
"I think that one of the reasons why he wasn't here for this season is he was in the middle of the Pacific sailing around on his boat," he explained.
Colin may not have physically been on board this season, but Glenn felt his presence throughout the season.
How Captain Glenn stays connected with Colin MacRae
At the end of the WWHL episode, host Andy Cohen asked Glenn to share what he watches on his iPad while the rest of the crew is out.
"YouTube sailing channels, especially Colin's Parlay Revival," Glenn revealed as one of his answers, referring to Colin's YouTube page where he chronicles his travels and the renovation of his boat.
Captain Glenn Shephard compares working with Colin MacRae and Davide Morosi
Once Colin departed from Below Deck Sailing Yacht following three seasons on the show, Davide Morosi took over as the engineer on board Parsifal III.
The Italian has plenty of experience working on boats, but his relationship with Glenn — and the rest of the crew — is brand new.
Though Glenn has enjoyed working with Davide (who also happens to be his bunkmate), it's hard to compete with history.
"Davide's a great guy, he's a good engineer," Glenn said during the WWHL After Show, which you can check out by watching the video at the top of this post. "Colin has some pretty big shoes [for him] to fill. So, if I had to choose between them, it would be Colin all day long."
