Fredrik Eklund is getting ready to bring home baby. The Million Dollar Listing New York agent has set up his nursery for his twins and one look at the adorable abode is guaranteed to melt your heart.
Fredrik recently shared a photo on Instagram of the nursery where his daughter Milla and son Fredrik will live when they arrive later this year. The pic shows the sweetest personalized pillows, the comfiest crib bedding, and the prettiest pastels adorning the nursery.
The MDLNY broker and his husband Derek Kaplan have kept fans updated as they prep for parenthood. Fredrik has shared the cutest photos on Instagram of himself and Derek shopping for baby clothes, posing with their surrogate's baby bump, and rejoicing at their baby shower in New York City last month.
As MDLNY fans know, this has been a long time coming for Fredrik and Derek as they struggled to start a family for years. Now that it's finally happening, they've been cherishing every part of the process leading up to the birth. "We can't even sit still we're so excited," Fredrik told The Daily Dish in August. "We were shopping for baby furniture for the nurseries, for the strollers, for everything yesterday. We took a few hours off and just went to the store. We are finalizing everything. We're upgrading the cars, the baby seats. We're really getting into preparation. It's very, very exciting and we still can't really believe it. I think, also, it's a boy and a girl which is so — we're so in love with them already. I guess it was worth the wait."
