Dr. Nicole Martin Is "Obsessed" with This Pregnancy Beauty Treatment
The RHOM cast member said she didn't learn about the treatment until recently. "This is your pregnancy gift."
Dr. Nicole Martin recently treated herself to some well-deserved pampering.
As she kicks off the third trimester of her pregnancy, The Real Housewives of Miami mom took to Instagram to showcase a unique beauty treatment for expectant mothers. Nicole posted a short video of her trip to Refine Health Miami, a cutting-edge wellness center that focuses on aesthetic and preventative medicine.
The clip showed the Miami 'Wife lying face up on an esthetician bed with her growing baby bump exposed. Refine Health CEO Jannette Nieves was seen steaming, exfoliating, and massaging Nicole’s stomach, before finishing off with a Hydro Jelly Mask.
“Am I the only one who didn’t know about belly facials?!?” Nicole captioned the post. “I’m obsessed! If we are friends and you’re pregnant know this is your pregnancy gift.”

But that wasn’t the only treatment Nicole received that day. Minutes after the initial video, she returned to Instagram to share a photo of her wearing a FaceLite mask while Dr. Jannette worked on her arms.
“I got a massage and facial too bc I deserve it lol!” she wrote. “I only booked the belly facial but they squeezed me in. Thank you guys!”

The Miami native also shared a peek at her “pregnancy lunch,” which included Ritual prenatal vitamins and a mouth-watering salad packed with protein. Nicole posted a video of the dish and went on to share its full list of ingredients. The salad consisted of chopped kale and arugula, grilled chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, chickpeas, sliced apples, chopped nuts, and more.
“You can make it at home or have this made at any local salad shop Giardinos or [Sweet Greens],” she wrote.
Dr. Nicole Martin is expecting a baby girl
Nicole announced her pregnancy in early November, nearly two years after her fiancé, Anthony Lopez, popped the question. The Bravo couple began dating in 2015 and welcomed their first child together — a son named Greyson — in 2019.
The board-certified anesthesiologist has since confirmed she and Anthony were expecting a baby girl, which was great news for their first child. She spoke about his excitement during a red-carpet interview at BravoCon 2023 when she was about four months pregnant.
“I’m feeling good. I’m in the second trimester, so [I’m] feeling better, getting a little more energy back,” she said during a red-carpet interview with Us Weekly. “[Greyson] is so excited. He’s the one that was really like, ‘Can I have a baby sister?’ He was very adamant and specific that he wanted a baby sister…. But he wanted a baby sister because he felt he wouldn’t have to share his toys if it was a girl.”
