Nicole Martin Shares an Update on Her Relationship with Her Fiancé
The Real Housewives of Miami cast member also shared how she’s been supporting her BFF, Guerdy Abraira, amid her cancer battle.
Dr. Nicole Martin keeps her loved ones close. The Real Housewives of Miami cast member is a devoted mama to her son, Greyson, and a loving wife-to-be. She’s also loyal to her BFF, Guerdy Abraira.
In her recent Instagram posts, the board-certified anesthesiologist shared a peek into the status of each of those relationships, and her pics are bound to warm your heart.
But first, a quick refresher. The Miami mama got engaged to her longtime beau, Anthony Lopez, back in 2022. Anthony popped the question on New Year’s Eve during a family trip to Aspen, Colorado. Though Nicole called the unexpected proposal “nothing short of perfect,” she has emphasized that she and Anthony are in no rush to walk down the aisle.
“Anthony and I have a great relationship,” the doctor told People after her engagement. “We wanted a family and have an amazing son we adore, we are established in our careers, we remodeled our dream house, we traveled and have made incredible memories. Neither of us has prioritized marriage because we have been busy enjoying our lives.” And they’re enjoying them still.

In a September 10 Instagram post, Nicole shared an adorable family photo. She, Greyson, and Anthony are all smiling wide in the pic, which shows them enjoying a sunny day at the pool. “Virgo season in full swing,” the RHOM cast member captioned the snap.
She added: “No one else I’d rather share my birthday month with! Happiest of birthdays [Anthony]! Cheers to a lifetime of health, love, and happiness.”
Guerdy hopped into the comments with a sweet wish for her bestie’s beau. “Happy Birthday sir,” she wrote.

Guerdy also showed Nicole some birthday love. When the latter celebrated her own special day on September 2, Guerdy shared a sweet tribute to her BFF on Instagram. To caption a series of glamorous images of her and Nicole all dressed up, Guerdy wrote the following birthday wish:
“Help me wish [Nicole] the HAPPIEST BIRTHDAY. My friend, can’t even begin to tell you how much you mean to me. We were destined to meet and to form this bond. To infinity and beyond baby girl!”
And as Guerdy battles breast cancer, Nicole has been by her friend’s side. The doctor recently posted a photo that showed her and Guerdy looking chic at Motek, a Mediterranean restaurant in Miami.
“Ohhh just lunchin’ and vibin,’” Nicole wrote.
Nicole also posted another message for Guerdy amid her health journey, writing, "Through thick & thin...To say that you have handled this fight with grace, courage and strength is an understatement. Looking forward to seeing you ring that bell baby girl. Proud of you!"
