Below Deck Sailing Yacht's Captain Glenn Teases a "Change of Personnel"

Will the Parsifal IIIcrew stay intact as the charter season continues?

By Laura Rosenfeld

In the inaugural season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, we've seen departmental drama, the rowdiest group of charter guests ever, and even a makeout sesh. But believe it or not, the Parsifal III crew is about to "take it up a notch," according to Captain Glenn Shephard.

How to Watch

Every second of the above preview of what's still to come as this season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht continues Mondays at 9/8c will have your jaw dropping, from Parker McCown's sass getting the deckhand "into some trouble" to rising tensions between Jenna MacGillivray and her second stew, Madison Stalker.

Her boss isn't the only thing that seems to be grinding Madison's gears. "I'm done with being on a boat where everyone's a couple, couple, couple," she says in the clip.

And Madison isn't kidding. Practically everywhere you look, crew members are coupling up, including Jenna and Adam Glick, and Paget Berry and Ciara Duggan, who had already been a longtime couple before this season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht began.

But as Below Deck fans, we all know that it can be challenging to maintain a relationship during the charter season, and Jenna and Adam's romance might not make it to land. As for Paget and Ciara, they not only seem to be unbothered by Georgia Grobler's flirtatious behavior, but they are also embracing it. Did we really just hear someone say the word "threesome" in this sneak peek?!

Not everyone is going to be feeling the love as this season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht sails on. "There might be a change of personnel," Captain Glenn threatens in the preview.

The pressure of pulling off a successful charter season certainly has Madison and Georgia stressed out, with the stews sharing that they're "so f--king tired of this bulls--t" and that they're not sure if they "can do this," respectively.

Sounds like we are in for quite the ride.
