The Real Housewives of Dubai cast member explained why her daughter is "waiting" to make a final university decision.

When viewers first met Caroline Stanbury on Season 1 of Ladies of London back in 2014, her three children, Yasmine, Zac, and Aaron Habib were all very young.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Dubai Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo and stream next day on Peacock.

Fans got the chance to catch back up with Caroline and her three children (who she shares with ex-husband Cem Habib) when The Real Housewives of Dubai premiered in 2022  and her kids are all grown up now.

Caroline's only daughter is now a teenager, and her complicated relationship with her stepdad, Sergio Carrallo, has been a focal point of RHODubai Season 2. Fast-forward to August 2024, and Yasmine is now getting ready to head off for her first year of college.  During a sit-down with BravoTV.com in New York City on August 7, Caroline shared a major update on her daughter's postgrad plans: she's heading off to college, but she just doesn't know where yet.

"She had five conditional offers, so we're waiting," Caroline said. While Yasmine is still deciding on her future school, she already knows what she wants to study.

"Criminal law," Caroline said about her daughter's intended major. "Psychology, so that'll be fine. She can psychoanalyze me."

After filming the RHODubai reunion on August 8, Caroline planned on heading back to her home city of London to do some "back to school shopping."

Back in June 2024, Caroline confirmed that Yasmine will be attending university in London as well.

"She's doing her A levels currently and then she's going to go to London to university, but she's extremely excited," she said. "So, I will be taking her in September and she's moving out."

Yasmine's hot-and-cold relationship with her stepfather, who is only 11 years her senior, has made things complicated for Caroline on Season 2 of RHODubai

However, when she chatted with BravoTV.com in August, Caroline said that things have improved "100 percent" in her relationship with her daughter. Caroline added that "it wasn't even bad then, she's very dramatic."

"I think she does want to spend more time with me, and that is not just about [Sergio]," Caroline explained. "She would like to have more of me, and I need to get better with that, so I'm taking her to school in September and prioritizing the things she needs."

Sergio said that his bond with Yasmine has also gotten "a lot better" and the two just "spent some time together in Bali."

Explaining his push-pull relationship with the teen, Sergio said, "She's kind of like a mini Caroline, to be honest. She knows I'm there, and if she ever really needs me, she will call me."

Caroline agreed, sharing that her husband is "the first person [Yasmine] calls "when she does need something."

"He drove her to prom with all the girlfriends sitting in the back," she added.
