Caroline Stanbury & Sergio Are Going Into Business Together: "Can't Wait" (EXCLUSIVE)

The Real Housewives of Dubai cast member and husband Sergio Carrallo are about to embark on a new venture together.

By Casey Suglia

Caroline Stanbury and her husband Sergio Carrallo have shown viewers many sides of their relationship in Season 2 of The Real Housewives of Dubai, three years after they married in 2021.

They've gone to therapy together and discussed having a baby all while renovating their home and navigating their relationship with Caroline's daughter, Yasmine Habib. But now the couple is adding another project to their very full plate — they're opening a boutique hotel together and listing an AirBnB in Dubai within the next few years.

All About Caroline Stanbury and Sergio Carrallo's New Business in Bali

Caroline and Sergio recently sat down with The Daily Dish, where they dished on their newest, most exciting project. They're breaking ground on a "boutique-y hotel" in Bali named Samsara List, slated to open in 2026.

"The hotel's starting," Caroline explained in an exclusive interview. "We've cleared the land now."

"It's very unique and it's very pretty and 15 bedrooms and that's it," Sergio added.

The hotel will be "all experiences," according to Sergio, and come equipped with a "yoga area." "It's gonna be really, really different," Caroline said. "So, every room is different."

Details on Caroline Stanbury's new rental property in Dubai

Caroline also bought her first rental property — an apartment in front of the Burj Khalifa — that she will be renting out on AirBnB. Caroline revealed to The Daily Dish that the couple is going to re-do the apartment before listing it in December.

RHODubai viewers will be able to get the full Dubai experience by staying there, thanks to the location and stunning views. "It's just under a thousand square feet and, you know, open plan kitchen," she said.

"I'm gonna knock it all through with gray wood floors and it's next to the Baccarat Hotel, so it's like a Miami style, five minute walk to the Dubai Mall," she added. "You've got the Burj views, you've got paddle in front of you. It's really, really nice, and you've got the Mercedes building next to it, too."

Caroline, of course, already has the branding in place. "I can't wait to put it out there, call it Caroline Towers," she said.

What does Sergio Carrallo do for a living?

Sergio, who is 29-years-old, is a former professional soccer player. He played for prestigious clubs such as Real Madrid and UB Consequence over the span of six years before retiring from the sport.

Since his retirement, Sergio has been focusing on his career. After studying at the University of California, Irvine, Sergio earned an international business degree with a Master's in Digital Marketing and Media and Global Communication. He then moved to the Middle East to be with Caroline, where the couple has lived since 2020, and are now invested in businesses together.
