Candiace Dillard Bassett Shares a New Look at a Special Place in Her Home: "Obsessed" (PHOTOS)
The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member detailed why this area of her home has a feature she's really "proud" of.
In November 2020, Candiace Dillard Bassett announced she and her husband, Chris Bassett, had purchased a beautiful home. Then, in 2021, The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member gave BravoTV.com a full tour of the 10,500-square-foot house that boasts six bedrooms, a two-story foyer, and a chic living room.
There's one part of the $1.1 million home that the "Drive Back" singer is especially excited about. In the video above, you can take a tour of Candiace's epic closet (thanks to her hubby, Chris), and see all the incredible details, from her custom-built shoe shelves to her many pairs of colorful sunglasses to, yes, a Candiace Barbie. Candiace Dillard Bassett gives a tour of her closet
In the exclusive video, which you can watch above, Candiace opens up her closet to us and first reveals she had a "closet system" built and tailored to her needs. "I had an exact vision for what I wanted it to look like and it really came together — I'm really proud of it," Candiace shares in the video of her white shelves, glass cabinets, and vanity area.
Among some of Candiace's goodies is an "exclusive" bottle of Parfums de Marly that was "custom made" for her and a bevy of colorful sunglasses in various shapes and sizes. "I'm also obsessed with sunglasses," Candiace noted in the video, trying on a pair of lime green rectangular-shaped sunnies.
In addition to a "long hanging section" for "cocktail dresses" and the like, Candiace was sure to show off the "crown jewel" of the space: her shelves and shelves of shoes which included sneakers, heels, and some really high heels. "And you say I have too many shoes!" Chris quipped as he filmed the rows of beautiful items.

On the Season 6 premiere of RHOP, Candiace explained that her new home is "a little bit of a sanctuary." It's easy to see how she feels that way, considering, well, her incredible closet, for one, and also the various creature comforts therein.
Previously, Candiace gave a tour of her gorgeous kitchen as well as the rest of her stunning house, including the "homey but fabulous" dining room and the spacious room Candiace says has a "French chateau" vibe.
"When I walked into this house when we first toured this home, I was just wowed by this kitchen," Candiace said in the exclusive Bravo Insider video. "This is my U-shaped kitchen...we congregate in our kitchen. Like, we eat here, I'm known to find myself sitting on the island with a libation."
"This is where we hang out," she added. "Having a huge, grand gathering space was really important to us."
