Meet Candiace Dillard Bassett's "Bonus Daughter"
Candiace's family member makes her RHOP debut in this sneak peek of the Season 6 premiere.
When Candiace Dillard Bassett married Chris Bassett in 2018, she wasn't just getting a husband. Chris was already a dad to three children, and Candiace enthusiastically stepped into the role of stepmom.
Now, we finally get to meet one of Candiace's "bonus kids," as she lovingly refers to her stepchildren. Bravo Insider has your exclusive first look at The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 6 premiere, above, and in the clip, we see Candiace putting the finishing touches on her new home with Chris as they prepare to welcome the rest of their family to their abode. "My bonus kids are coming up now from Florida, so I want this room to feel like homey but still beautiful," Candiace tells her contractor in the sneak peek.
With 10,500 square feet of space, including six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, that should be more than enough room for the whole Bassett bunch as they spend time together under one roof.
Later in the preview, Gizelle Bryant pays a visit to Candiace's new home, and the property isn't the only thing she's seeing for the first time. Candiace also introduces Gizelle to her adorable "bonus daughter," Naia.
Turns out, Gizelle has something major in common with the 8-year-old. Sign up for Bravo Insider, above, to see the too-cute RHOP moment.
While you're there, you'll see plenty more to get you excited for the new season of RHOP, including a sultry moment between Dr. Wendy Osefo, and her husband, Eddie Osefo, an update on the construction of Robyn and Juan Dixon's new home, and how Ashley and Michael Darby are doing as they prepare to welcome their second child together (their son, Dylan, was born in March).
RHOP Season 6 kicks off with a supersized 75-minute premiere episode on Sunday, July 11 at 8/7c. Want more RHOP? Catch up on the Bravo app.
