Summer House's Ashley Wirkus Is Pregnant with Her First Child

This spring is looking pretty magical for Summer House's Ashley Wirkus. She and her husband, Brad McAtee, are expecting their first child. 

Ashley, who actually now goes by her married name McAtee, announced the happy news on Instagram on Sunday, November 11. "Baby Boy McAtee coming May 2019. #itsaboy," she wrote in a post that featured several photos of herself and her hubby showing off images of their baby's sonogram, as well as the baby's gender reveal where the couple popped balloons that were filled with blue confetti. 

Though Ashley looks glowing and gorgeous in these photos, she also made sure to note that her pregnancy hasn't been completely glamorous so far, adding, "#morningsicknessisreal."

Of course, Ashley's twin sister, Lauren Wirkus, couldn't contain her excitement over the happy news. "Guys in case you missed @ashleynmcatee @bradmcatee big news WE’RE HAVING A BABY!! #itsaboy," she gushed in an Instagram post where she cheekily included herself in Ashley and Brad's celebration.

Last season of Summer House, we saw the twins deal with their first summer apart as Ashley officially moved to San Diego with Brad while Lauren remained back in New York City. However, Ashley did come out to visit Lauren and the rest of the Summer House gang in the Hamptons for what would become some of the most memorable moments of the season.
