Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Potomac has kicked off with Ashley Darby navigating life as a new mom. We’ve already seen her struggle a bit with the thought of leaving baby Dean’s side, but now that he is officially one year old, the RHOP mom says she’s been “gearing to be apart from my family.” So which of the Potomac ladies would Ashley trust to watch her adorable son? Ashley revealed which cast members she’d be okay with babysitting Dean overnight during the August 8 episode of The Daily Dish podcast, which you can listen to, below.

“I thought about this in detail. And for these scenarios, you know, I would definitely be comfortable with Monique being with Dean, because she has Chase who’s a similar age. And she also has Milani and Christopher,” said Ashley. “I sort of trust Robyn and Gizelle, except, their children are older, so I feel like they may be a little bit more removed from some of the very specific tendencies that toddlers have. So I would definitely say Monique, maybe Gizelle and Robyn in a pinch.”

Ashley also added that she would trust Karen Huger to watch her son, but only in the daytime.

“Overnight, not so much,” she said, explaining, “She made it clear, she likes her tea time. And you know, she’s past this point in her life. Both of her children are grown. They’ve moved out. I feel like people at that point in their lives, they like temporary visits with children. They definitely want to play with them and snuggle them and then give them back quite promptly.”
