Ashley Darby Has a Theory as to Why Katie Rost Talked About Her and Michael Darby
The Real Housewives of Potomac new mom thinks she knows why Katie Rost was gossiping.
On the last episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac, the ladies traveled to the Cayman Islands, where things definitely got heated between Ashley Darby and Katie Rost. Ashley accused Katie of talking about her behind her back, despite the fact the two had gotten along so well in New Orleans. Katie refuted Ashley's claims, saying it was completely untrue, and claimed that she had only been talking about Ashley's husband, Michael Darby.
In The Real Housewives of Potomac After Show, Ashley offered her opinion as to why Katie chose to gossip about her. "I can't believe that I even trusted her in the first place. Everyone told me not to. Katie wanted to become friends with Gizelle [Bryant] and [Robyn Dixon], so she wanted to say something that was salacious and to be controversial and to jump on the bandwagon and I think she saw that at that time as an opportunity to really get some clout in the group because really before that she was quite invisible; no one saw her. And so she saw that as a way to try to get some recognition, I guess."
