Josh Altman's Daughter, Lexi, Had a Hilarious Reaction to Losing Her First Tooth (PHOTO)
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles kiddo proved that she is a "realtor in training" during her first negotiation with the tooth fairy.
Josh Altman's daughter, Lexi Altman, just experienced a toothy right of passage. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles kiddo lost her first tooth—and quickly entered into negotiations with the tooth fairy.
In a November 7 Instagram post, Josh shared a photo of the brilliant note that his daughter had dictated. The letter was neatly printed on royal-blue paper that had been decked with a colorful illustration and included a printed-out photo.
Here's what the letter said: "Dear Tooth Fairy: I lost my 1st tooth. I would like to keep my tooth. I took a picture of my tooth for you because I would like to keep my tooth and you can keep the photo. Can you still give me money even if I don't give you the tooth? Love, Lexi."
Josh was blown away by his five-year-old daughter's acumen and explained in the caption why Lexi's tooth-fairy letter proves that she is, indisputably, his daughter.
Josh Altman's daughter, Lexi, is a "realtor in training"
"That is def my daughter," the real-estate pro wrote. "A true negotiator. Realtor in training. Future CEO of [The Altman Brothers.]" Even when Lexi was just a tiny little girl, she had a way of winning people over and earning sweet rewards — just check out the clip above for proof.
In the video, Josh says that the backyard at his family's Los Angeles house is, in fact, "Lexi's yard," and it has everything a playful little one could wish for. In the intervening years since the video was filmed, it looks like Lexi's interest has shifted a bit from parachutes and slides to good old-fashioned cash. And based on the very persuasive note below, it looks like she may get a piggy-bank influx very soon.
Josh Altman's $55 million real-estate deal
Just as Lexi has major negotiation skills, so does her dad. Josh recently closed a historic $55 million deal, when he acted as Heather and Terry Dubrow's agent for the sale of their Orange County home.
During Season 17 Episode 12 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, the MDLLA agent visited Heather and Terry to discuss the pending sale. "You guys should be proud, you should be stoked," and told the couple. "Just so you know, this is the third-highest sale in the history of Orange County."
Josh went on to note that selling the home was a unique moment in his successful career. "I see the best houses in the world," he stated. "I haven't seen a house like this throughout my career."
