The Million Dollar Listing New York broker is settling into his sprawling new California digs.
Moving across the country with twin toddlers is no joke, but Frederik Eklund and his husband, Derek Kaplan, are making it look easy peasy. The couple relocated from New York City last week so that the Million Dollar Listing New York broker can grow his west coast business, and while it shouldn’t come as a surprise that his new home is stunning… um, we’re still shocked because it’s really, really stunning!
Located in Beverly Hills, the house has stunning view of the city and an infinity edge pool that twins Milla and Freddy are taking full advantage of. “First weekend in California and my mind and heart are blown,” Fredrik wrote in an Instagram post, sharing image of his kids swimming and the family relaxing in their new digs.
Oozing with 1970s vibes, the home’s main level has floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing the aforementioned stunning pool and city views combo. Stone floors and creamy arched ceilings give the space a very earthy aesthetic.
“We got to the new house in Beverly Hills and ordered sushi by the pool watching the incredible sunset over the city below,” Fredrik wrote in an Instagram post last week. “Moving a family with toddlers isn’t easy, but spending more time in California while expanding the business here’s something we’ve talked about for years.”
We can't wait to follow the family's bicoastal adventure. Something tells us they're going to be spending a lot of time outdoors.
