Kim Zolciak-Biermann Celebrates Twins' Bday with Pic of Her Pregnant Naked Belly
The Don't Be Tardy mom of six posted the revealing shot of her sizable belly just moments before giving birth.
These days, we're so used to seeing Kim Zolciak-Biermann in super sexy ensembles that the thought of her being pregnant seems like a distant memory. The Don't Be Tardy mom of six loves to strut her sultry stuff in everything from itty bitty black bikinis to a plunging red jacket (yes, she can even make a classic blazer feel scandalous). Which is why we were particularly thrilled when Kim shared a throwback pic of her bare-naked belly when she was pregnant with twins Kaia and Kane, proving that she looks amazing at any stage.
On November 24, Kim celebrated the twins' sixth birthday as only Kim can by sharing a series of sweet pics from the day they were born. In the first pic, Kim is laying in her hospital room with full glam hair and makeup as she cradles her massive belly just moments before giving birth.
"Can’t believe this was 6 years ago!!" she shared in her caption. "Kaia was born at 5:01pm weighing 6lbs even and Kane was born breach at 5:30pm weighing 6lbs 14 oz. I had them at 35 weeks and 5 days. We were going to name them Sienna and Sage but once they were born we went knew it had to be Kaia and Kane."
The Don't Be Tardy mom also added a sweet video in which she and husband Kroy Biermann chat about how adorable Kim is even just before she's about to bring two more babies into the world. "There's two babies in my tummy! Can you believe that?" she says too Kroy. "No, cuz you're tiny as f--k. With your little bow-tie Uggs on. That's an outfit!" he teases.
Kim is so precious as she talks about the joys of being a mom to her kids, "There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t tear up over them!" she writes. "I’m so blessed and grateful and cherish every minute with everyone of them!"
