See Inside the Winter House Cast's "Insane" Vacation Home in Colorado: "This Is Huge"

On Seasons 1 and 2 of Winter House, the cast members spent just under three weeks together in Vermont. Now, a new group is coming together for Season 3, and they're ready to create epic memories in a new state. 

In the clip above, which is a first look at the Winter House Season 3 premiere, some of the cast members arrive at their new vacation home in Colorado. As Kory Keefer and Kyle Cooke pull into the driveway, they seem happily stunned. "Is this the house?" Kory asks, to which Kyle yells, "It's a beauty!" 

As they walk up the steps to the massive home, Kory declares, "This is sick."

Their excitement is only heightened as they walk inside. "Look at this," Kyle says as he and Kory immediately start scoping out the bedrooms. As we know, Kyle generally has strong feelings about staying in the primary bedroom, and the one in this house is pretty incredible. As the video shows, the bedroom has a fireplace, a seating area, a bathroom with a "full jacuzzi," and a massive closet. 

After checking out the other bedrooms, Kyle and Kory move onto the spacious kitchen and waste no time opening a drink. "We have to Christen this place," Kory says before he and the Summer House OG each "shotgun" a can of Loverboy. 

Next to arrive are Below Deck Mediterranean's Malia White and Katie Flood. "Look at this house!" Malia exclaims as Katie says, "Oh my god."

As they look around, Kory points out the "weird double bedroom," which ends up appealing to the best friends. "I feel like we would be good in this," Katie says, and Malia responds, "We're used to sharing  bedrooms." Malia was even expecting the possibility of needing to share a bed, but Kyle explains, "This isn't a boat where you're [in] cramped quarters."

Based on each cast member's reaction, the house is anything but cramped. Summer House: Martha's Vineyard cast member Jordan Emanuel, Summer House's Danielle Olivera, and Bravo newcomer Casey Craig were next to arrive. "Oh my god, this place is insane," Danielle says, while Casey notes, "This place is huge."

The Winter House Season 3 Cast

Kory, Kyle, Malia, Katie, Jordan, Danielle, and Casey will also be joined by Summer House's Amanda Batula, Below Deck Sailing Yacht's Alex Propson, Family Karma's Brian Benni, and Vanderpump Rules cast member Tom Schwartz. During their time in Steamboat Springs, the group will also be joined by visitors including Jason Cameron of Winter House; Samantha Feher of Summer House; and Rhylee Gerber, Aesha Scott, and Captain Sandy Yawn of the Below Deck franchise.
