But of course, one thing no homeowner can control is how cool (or, like, uncool) their neighbors are. So, how are Jax and Brittany's?
As it turns out, they're pretty sweet! Jax recently took to Instagram to show off a tasty treat that one of their new neighbors had dropped off. A picture-perfect chocolate pie that's loaded up with whipped cream is now Jax and Brittany's for the snacking, and the neighbor attached a cute welcome card as well.
Here's what the note said: "Welcome to the neighborhood and congrats on your upcoming wedding." So sweet! To caption his Instagram snap of the cake, Jax wrote, "What nice neighbors we have!! Love loving in a subdivision."
