Stassi Schroeder Shares a Glimpse at the Major Updates She’s Making to Her New Home
The Vanderpump Rules cast member revealed before and after photos of her $1.7 million home.
Stassi Schroeder and fiancé Beau Clark started off the year by ditching apartment life and purchasing a new $1.7 million Mediterranean-style home in the Hollywood Hills. The Vanderpump Rules couple opted to buy an older house with the intention of renovating it and making it their own — and it looks like they’re already well on their way. Stassi just shared an update on the progress of their remodel, revealing a peek at some of the major improvements that they’ve already made.
Stassi and Beau kicked off their renovations in February, and though construction is still ongoing, it seems things are slowly starting to come together. Stassi took to her Instagram Stories to share a glimpse at the various updates they’ve made to the house, including a before-and-after look of the modern makeover they gave to their beautiful staircase.

As captured in the photos, the couple is replacing all of the original cherry wood around the house with a darker stain. The “Swiss coffee color,” as Stassi dubbed it, borders all the doors and windows.
“I can’t wait to decorate this!” Stassi wrote alongside a photo of window-accented landing. And we can’t wait to see the final result!
