Peek Inside Scheana Shay & Brock Davies' New San Diego Home
The Vanderpump Rules SURver put her personal touch on the space with an eye-catching neon sign that's so Scheana.
After revealing that August 1 was "moving day," Scheana Shay wasted no time putting her personal touch on the new San Diego home she shares with Brock Davies.
As seen in a recent Instagram Story video, the Vanderpump Rules SURver's favorite quote, "It's All Happening," is prominently displayed as a blue neon sign in the couple's new bar area. Scheana, who has the same words tattooed on her arm, told BravoTV.com in 2015 why the phrase holds special meaning to her. "Almost Famous is my favorite movie all time ever!" she said. "In the movie, 'It's All Happening' is said numerous times."
In addition to the fun bar setup, the home boasts a chic open kitchen, a cozy living area, and a fireplace. While the couple was still hard at work getting settled, Scheana took a moment to excitedly show off two fully decorated ladder bookcases adorned with sweet photos, candles, and books including Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix's recipe book, Fancy AF Cocktails.
While Scheana noted on Twitter that she is "genuinely going to miss" her former apartment in Marina del Rey, it seems she is feeling confident about her choice to move. "It’s official," she wrote on August 2. "San Diego is my happy place!"
In an Instagram Story video last month, Scheana revealed the news that she was officially moving in with Brock after residing together at her Palm Springs vacation home amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
"I am so excited to announce we just got approved for our dream beach house in San Diego," she said. "We've already been living together in quarantine for four months, so we're doing it! I'm moving into San Diego and I'm so excited."
However, she's not saying goodbye to L.A.
"This is going to be semi-temporary. Once work picks up back in L.A., I will keep a place in L.A.," she added. "But for now, all of the money I've been spending on rent in Marina [del Rey] when I've been in Palm Springs for four months is just ridiculous. This seems like the smart move."
