Lala Kent Shares a Look Inside Her Daughter Ocean’s Bright & Colorful Playroom
The Vanderpump Rules mama provided a peek at the place where her toddler plays — and has “yummy” snacks.
It’s been an incredible real estate season for Lala Kent. In addition to nesting in her Los Angeles home, where the decor looks as chic and animal-printed as ever, the Vanderpump Rules mama purchased a vacation house in Palm Springs, California. And based on a July 2023 Instagram Story, it looks like Lala’s daughter, Ocean, has some impressive real estate too.
Namely, a bright and colorful corner of Lala’s home has been designated as Ocean’s playroom, and it’s a perfectly adorable place to play.
Lala Kent Shares a Look at Ocean’s Playroom
In the July 24 Instagram Story, the Give Them Lala mogul showed Ocean seated at a pint-size table, having a summery snack. The ever-stylish 2-year-old was wearing an off-the-shoulder dress with a floral pattern and her signature top-of-head ponytail.
Ocean has had quite the fashionable summer, wearing everything from a delightfully patterned robe to an adorable gingham look. But Lala’s video focused on something even juicier than a cute dress.
As Ocean nibbled on some watermelon, Lala asked, “Is it yummy?” Based on Ocean’s enormous grin, we’re guessing the snack was top of the line — as is Ocean’s play space, where she was enjoying her snack.

The room has a window to let in natural light, chic gray flooring, and toys galore. Ocean’s treasures include dolls, mini trucks, books, blocks, and play kitchen equipment. Plus, the playroom is dog-friendly.
In Lala’s video, her beloved dog, Lilly, is lying on the floor next to Ocean as the little one nibbles on her watermelon.
More recently, the Season 11 premiere of Vanderpump Rules gave a new look inside Ocean's adorable playroom. As the January 30 episode showed, the space has a play kitchen, a ball pit, and several books. Unsurprisingly, Ocean seems to love being in the area. "She runs in here when I tell her it's time to change her diaper," Lala shared, referencing the ball pit.

Ocean is no stranger to chic places to call her own. In the clip above, Lala gives BravoTV.com a tour of her former home in Bel-Air.
During her tour, Lala shows the chic details of Ocean’s former nursery, including a gray chair topped with eye-catching pillows, a gray-and-white spotted rug, a velvety sofa, and a crib with a regal accent piece hanging above it. “Because she’s the princess of the entire household, I had to put a crown above her bed,” Lala explains.
Ocean’s “cute closet” in the nursery has a “fabulous little wardrobe that consists of some crop tops [and] all the bows in the world,” her proud mama shares in the clip.
Lala Kent and Ocean Are Having an Epic Summer
Ocean’s good times aren’t just relegated to her playroom, of course. On July 6, Lala shared an Instagram carousel of her and Ocean’s fun-filled day of swimming.
The mother-daughter duo seemed to be having a blast as they took a dip in a pool. One photo showed Lala holding Ocean while the two smiled and gazed into each other’s eyes.
