Kristen Doute Added a Major Upgrade to the Living Room at Her New House
The Vanderpump Rules cast member showed off her stunning new fireplace and it's gorgeous.
Kristen Doute has been busy transforming her home into a sanctuary and stamping her personal taste and style on every corner. The first home she ever purchased for herself, it’s a fixer upper that has come a long way due to her passion for reno projects.
Just some of the Vanderpump Rules fashion designer’s recent projects include turning her second bedroom into an amazing closet, which Kristen organized to her exact visual and functional specifications, tackling her her outdoor space, which she filled with plants to create a boho lounge for kicking back with friends, and fixing up her office, which is dedicated to her clothing company, James Mae. Kristen gave it a cool '70s vibe with edgy wallpaper, statement lighting, and modern furnishings.
Now Kristen has turned her attention to her fireplace. She recently shared on her Instagram that she decided to totally swap out a nondescript brass mantel surround and replaced it with an alluring patterned Moroccan tile done in black and white. It definitely adds intrigue to the space and gives the room a more finished look. And it taught Kristen that "adulting can be fun!"
