Jax & Brittany Spontaneously Bought Their $2M Home Just 3 Weeks Before Their Wedding
The Vanderpump Rules couple is happy they strayed from their original plan.
Ever since Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright bought their first home, a stunning $2M farmhouse in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California, it's been the site of many social gatherings — especially in the summer, when the pool area provided the perfect respite from the sunshine. They found their ideal abode, but it happened to come along when the Vanderpump Rules couple was least expecting to make real estate offers.
"We were not supposed to buy a house until after we got married," Jax told BravoTV.com. "Brittany was on Zillow and she saw this house and it was her dream house and says, 'Jax, we need to buy this house.'"
The timing, he explained, was not exactly ideal.
"'We’re getting married in three weeks. How are we gonna do this?'" he recounted "She’s like, 'It just got on the market, there’s already bids — can we make this happen?'"
They ended up making it happen by dividing up two very large and important duties.
