James Kennedy Shares a New Look at His Pool & Backyard: “Almost Ready for Summer”
The Vanderpump Rules cast member is showing off his gorgeous, recently remodeled outdoor space.
James Kennedy is getting ready to enjoy his first summer as a homeowner in his incredible new outdoor space.
The Vanderpump Rules cast member first revealed he bought a house on Part 2 of Vanderpump Rules: Pumped Up Edition, a Peacock-exclusive version of the Vanderpump Rules Season 10 reunion. While the episode showed photos of the home and backyard, James has already made some significant changes to his outdoor space — and it looks gorgeous.
James Kennedy gives an update on his backyard
In a June 20 Instagram “Ask Me Anything” with his followers, someone who is presumably a friend of James wanted to know when the DJ would be hosting a barbecue at his new house.
“Very soon!” James replied. “The backyard is almost ready for summer.”
As James’ photo showed, the backyard has a beautiful pool surrounded by grass, flowers, and trees. There is also a stone patio and a wooden structure that offers a place to relax in the shade.
James recently told BravoTV.com that he takes a great deal of pride in the outdoor area. “I love my garden,” he said. As he explained that he was hard at work remodeling his backyard, he joked, “I’m in very much, like, dad mode. Not dad mode, but you know what I mean? I’ve got a house now. Very grown up!”
Of course, James and Ally Lewber plan to spend plenty of time in their new outdoor space in the coming months. James told BravoTV.com that he and Ally will be spending their spare time this summer “hanging out at the pool,” as well as “working out, [meditating], and [enjoying] good food.”

In the same interview with BravoTV.com, James and Ally shared how they have been adapting to their first few months in their new home. “We’re getting settled, moving in, and decorating. It’s fun,” Ally said before James chimed in, “Ally’s been amazing... She’s decorated the whole place.”
