The Vanderpump Rules couple gives a tour of the roomy space where James cooks — and eats whipped cream from the can.
Want a tour of James Kennedy and Ally Lewber’s Los Angeles apartment? You’re in luck. In the clip above, the Vanderpump Rules couple leads a tour of their cozy home on the Miracle Mile. And if you like to cook, you’ll want to stick around for the view of their “massive kitchen.”
The room has white countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a chic gray backsplash. “Here’s the massive kitchen,” James says in the clip above, gesturing around the space. “I do a lot of cooking. You know, Ally doesn’t cook at all. I do all the cooking.”
Cooking and whipped cream tasting. James goes on to take a can of whipped cream out of the fridge and pours some directly into his mouth. “That’s how we do it here,” he says.
In the kitchen, James can keep an eye on his beloved plants, which he has placed outside on the adjoining balcony. He explains that he has a fig tree and a grapefruit tree, which he’s named Harold.
“This is my beautiful grapefruit dream,” he says, showing off the flourishing plant. “I grew this grapefruit since it was absolutely nothing.” Well, look at Harold now! Press play on the clip above.
The tour also features the couple’s Mexico-inspired bedroom. “We went to Tulum this year and were absolutely obsessed with the vibe,” James explains in the clip. Their bedroom is decorated with wood furniture, “lots of plants,” and a primarily beige, brown, and white color scheme.
While there are many beautiful things in the room, James takes a moment to shout out one of the fancier items. “Restoration Hardware blanket,” he says, touching the blanket on the bed. “Very plush, very comfortable, very expensive.” The room also has a spacious walk-in closet, which Ally calls her “favorite place in the whole apartment.”
James first publicly shared that he and Ally had moved in together on the February 8 Season 10 premiere of Vanderpump Rules. When he shared the news with Lisa Vanderpump, she didn’t hold back in expressing her concerns.
“You’re living with her already?” she asked. “Like, out of the frying pan, you jump right back into the fire?” However, James didn’t view the situation the same way. “It’s not out of the frying pan,” he said. “I didn’t jump right back.”
In April 2022, James announced that he had a new place to call home. Sharing a photo of what appears to be the same home he lives in with Ally, he wrote, “New [apartment]… Moved in yesterday.”
