Scheana Shay Just Bought a Beautiful Palm Springs Vacation Home

We can hardly keep up with the Vanderpump Rules real estate boom! After we got a look at Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix's massive $2 million purchase, we learned that Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz also snagged a new abode, which they moved into this week. Then, it was Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor who revealed a first peek at their beautiful new pad, right after Kristen Doute's announcement that she, too, had purchased a home. 

As of today, we know of one more SURver who is officially a homeowner: Scheana Shay! Scheana's mom Erika van Olphen (you may remember seeing her bartend on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen) just announced the news via Twitter. It seems that the "Good As Gold" singer has purchased a vacation property in Palm Springs in addition to the Marina del Rey apartment she's renting as her primary residence. 

Based on the photo that accompanied Erika's tweet, here's what we know so far: The home is has a gorgeous pool and backyard that makes us think Scheana is about to have some amazing pool parties at her new pad. It also looks like the living room features a removable wall that opens directly into the backyard. Another room has an incredible 2-story window, that we're betting will feature some killer views.
