James Kennedy and his girlfriend, Raquel Leviss, moved in together last year and have since been enjoying life at home with a view of the Hollywood sign, plus amenities such as a huge walk-in closet, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a coffee table that transforms into an elevated eating table, a DJ and music production studio, and "great selfie light," according to Raquel in the video tour you'll find above. The Vanderpump Rules DJ and new SURver initially got a lot of design inspiration and help from Raquel's mother, Laura, but the good news is when something needs fixing, Raquel can do it herself!
