Ashley Darby Has a Concern About Her "New Boobs"
The Real Housewives of Potomac mom revealed one of her struggles after getting implant swap surgery.
Earlier in 2023, Ashley Darby revealed she decided to get surgery on her breasts, sharing the details in a February Instagram Story video. “I was holding off on [the surgery]… I’ve been wanting it [since] after I breastfed [my son] Dylan and things were hanging down to my waist," she shared at the time. "But I was told that if I got any sort of augmentation I would not be able to breastfeed if I had children in the future. So that deterred me.”
Ashley continued by explaining that she actually did an "implant swap" instead of a breast lift. "I was due," the mom of two shared.
Though Ashley has been keen on showing off the results of her procedure in a slew of sexy styles, on a recent episode of RHOP, she revealed it hasn't always been easy to choose the right look.

On Season 8, Episode 3 of RHOP which aired on November 19, Ashley attended her castmate Wendy Osefo's kids' communion celebration. When she arrived, Ashley revealed she was a little hesitant about her dress of choice for the occasion which prompted guests to wear yellow.
"I'm sorry about my girls, but I haven't learned how to dress them yet," Ashley quipped as she approached Wendy.
The episode then flashed back to Ashely trying to pick out the right pastel yellow frock for the event, looking a bit perplexed in the process. "Is this too ho-ish for a communion?" she asked while studying a potential look.
Ashley ultimately decided to wear the strapless yellow midi dress which featured a plunging cutout in the front, baring a bit of cleavage. Ashley paired her stunning look with flowing curls and huge silver hoop earrings.

On Season 8, Episode 2, of RHOP, which aired on November 8, Ashley introduced us to her "girls" while taking a pilates reformer class with her RHOP castmates, Karen Huger, Gizelle Bryant, and Mia Thornton. While trying out the machinery, Ashley asked the instructor if it was "OK" to do certain moves due to her "new boobs."
Then, in an interview, the Virginia mom showed off her newly augmented breasts in a shimmery gold halter dress that put them on perfect display, playfully quipping, "I would like to introduce you to Demi & Diamond."
Ashley added about her cosmetic procedure: "I got them about two months ago and I'm really happy with my decision. I like them."
