Ashley Darby Shares a Look at Her “Leg Day” Workout in a Blue Sports Bra & Shorts
The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member put her fitness moves on display in a fashionable look.
When Ashley Darby celebrates a special occasion, she pulls out all the sexy style stops.
For her 35th birthday, for example, The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member rocked a multicolor strapless dress, strutting her stuff in her home in Arlington, Virginia, for an Instagram video.
“What a night!! Thank you for bringing in 35 with me!” the mom of two captioned the June 9 clip, donning a sultry sheath that featured a large chest cutout that showed plenty of cleavage and side cutouts that put parts of her midriff and back on display. She accessorized with beige strappy heels and a large, pearl-like necklace, also adding gold-and-pearl-studded hoop earrings to the mix.
More recently, the Maryland mom again put her figure on display, this time wearing athleisure as she showed off her fabulous fitness moves.

Taking to TikTok on July 4, Ashley shared a video of herself, presumably in her backyard, trying some spirit choreography in a light blue sports bra and navy blue running shorts.
“Leg day in 1000% DC humidity? Sign me up,” she captioned the clip (also giving “[dance credit]” to TikToker [Baby]), in which she showed off her moves to Missy Elliott’s 2003 hit “Pass That Dutch.” Ashley paired her sporty style with white socks and white Converse sneakers, and she wore a navy blue baseball cap over her ponytail as she showed off her workout/dance moves.
We could see how the dance qualified as “leg day” with its hopscotch-like sequence. The “Coffee and Love” singer was sure to throw some twerking into the mix, right when Elliott sang, “Shake shake shake your stuff, baby!”

We’ve been catching up with Ashley’s sexy styles all summer.
In June, the brunette beauty struck a pose on a boat in what appeared to be a sunny locale. For the snapshot, she rocked a head-turning blue two-piece that had double straps and a deep plunging cut around the cups.
Accessorizing with two gold bracelets, a gold necklace, and fashion-forward sunglasses, Ashley paired her striking top with a high-waisted bottom, wearing her chestnut-colored tresses down and slightly wavy to perfectly match the beach vibes.
“Someone teach me how to pose,” she joked over the Instagram Story, sharing her concerns about how she modeled the beautiful bikini.
Ashley tried again with a different pose in a second snap, propping one foot on the boat and resting her arm on her leg. “Better?” she asked.
