Ashley Darby Rocked a Striking Cut-Out Swimsuit for a Glam Boat Day in Italy (PICS)
The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member had the perfect piece for some fun in the sun on the Amalfi Coast.
Summer's not officially over yet, and Ashley Darby is here to prove it. The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member recently shared a snap of herself on a boat in Italy, where she was soaking up the sun in style. Wearing a striking cutout swimsuit, her signature necklace, and a sunny smile, the mom of two personified relaxed, end-of-summer vibes.
Ashley's had some practice with epic swimwear. Back in June, she struck a pose on a boat while wearing a cobalt-blue bikini. The two-piece look had cut-out straps straps, a deep cut around its cups, and high-waisted bottoms. The former Miss District of Columbia has also rocked an olive-green one-piece swimsuit and a black-and-white one-piece with an asymmetrical neckline.
In her most recent Instagram Stories, Ashley has been sharing snippets of her trip to the Amalfi Coast. She's shared photos of vacation ensembles that include a cut-out cobalt dress and a striped piece that she paired with a floppy sun hat. And when she headed out for an excursion on the Italian seas, she had just the thing to wear.
Ashley Darby's Cut-Out Swimsuit
In her Instagram Stories, the Potomac mama shared a peek inside her seafaring day. Sitting on the boat's railing with dramatic cliffs behind her, Ashley wore a black, one-piece swimsuit with a plunging neckline, cut-out straps, and a cut-out at its center. A closer look at the style showed its textured fabric. It also offered a peek at Ashley's golden necklace, which has her sons' names and her own, connected by a heart.
Ashley had a pretty-in-pink beauty look for the day, which included candy-colored lips. Her eyes and cheeks seemed to have a pale wash of pink, too.
In her Stories, the RHOP cast member shared a less glamorous side of her trip. "Guys, so you know, these roads to come [to the Amalfi Coast] are very windy, and that's why they recommend you don't drive," she said. Indicating her younger son Dylan, she said: "My poor guy, he got carsick. So carsick! ... Thank gosh I had a spare change of clothes in this little tiny bag I have. Yeah guys, that happened, my little guy."
The rest of her Stories were more idyllic, featuring narrow, stone-paved streets, a beautiful church, and Ashley wearing a gorgeous white dress for her "last night in Italy."
