Since giving birth to son Dean, Ashley Darby has maintained an active lifestyle, which includes hitting the slopes and swimming in the Bahamas. The Real Housewives of Potomac mom has also been breaking a sweat at-home to get back in shape, and her efforts are definitely paying off.

On Sunday, the 7-month postpartum yogi gave us a peek at her new mom figure with a motivational selfie. In the Instagram Stories post, Ashley sported a tied-up white T-shirt, which showed off her toned, flat tummy and flexed her biceps, paired with gray sweats and a gold chain. Ashley had just finished a Heather Robertson at-home workout session, which she dubbed "the best sweat" session. While Ashley didn't show her face in the photo, we're guessing she had the facial expression of someone feeling accomplished and perhaps a bit tired.

"Mommy's coming back!" she captioned the pic.
