Ashley Darby Rang in Her 35th Birthday with a Stunning Floral Cake (PICS)
The RHOP cast member hosted a "Hot Havana Nights" theme party complete with Cuban food.
Ashley Darby’s 35th birthday party had all the essentials: music, dancing, great company, and a spread of delicious-looking food.
The Real Housewives of Potomac mom shared a peek at the celebration in a June 8 Instagram reel that featured several shots of her amazing birthday cake. The confection, created by Cocoa’s Cupcakes & Co., was decorated with magenta frosting, pink flowers, and several gold-tone toppers, including an acrylic nameplate and the numeral “35.” Between its rich color and floral details, the cake was the perfect addition to the “Hot Havana Nights” theme party.
Later on in the reel, Ashley’s RHOP castmate Gizelle Bryant was seen holding the dessert as guests sang “Happy Birthday.” Ashley was smiling ear to ear throughout the song and proceeded to fan the flame out with her hand. She then gave a quick thank you to all of her guests before hugging her castmate. “I love you, Gizelle,” she was heard saying in a friend’s Instagram Story.

Chef Jaye of Sofull Catering provided the party food, which included everything from Cuban pork sliders and beef empanadas to a tropical fruit platter and teriyaki chicken skewers with veggies and pineapple.
“Chef Jaye just came in and delivered,” Ashley said in an Instagram video. “We’re having a Cuban, Havana Nights theme party, and the food looks spectacular, absolutely finger-licking-good. So thank you, Chef Jaye.”
The Sofull Catering boss also shared a quick behind-the-scenes video of the meal she prepared. The food was displayed around a beautiful floral arrangement, tropical leaves, and glittery pineapples.
Ashley's refused to let Mother Nature ruin the celebration
The bash, which was organized by TWIST Event Planning, was supposed to take place outdoors; however, party guest Jules McGuire confirmed it had to be moved inside because of the air pollution caused by the Canadian wildfire smoke. Ashley touched on the last-minute change in her Instagram caption.
“What a night!! Thank you for bringing in 35 with me!” she wrote. “I cherish you so much, and even though Mother Nature tried to stop the party – we pivoted like pros! I love you all.”

The reel also showed off Ashley’s jaw-dropping birthday ensemble. The mother-of-two donned a colorful strapless dress that included large cutouts that showed off her abs, legs, back, and cleavage. Ashley was styled by Lindsey Evans, who completed the look with a white beaded necklace, studded hoop earrings, and a pair of strappy heels.
