Vicki Gunvalson's Daughter Briana Has Moved to Illinois: Details on Her New Life

In February, Vicki Gunvalson revealed that she sold her new North Carolina lake house because her daughter, Briana Culberson, "may be moving out of NC." Just one month later, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum shared on Instagram that Briana now has a "new place back in the Midwest."

Over the last few weeks, Briana has been sharing peeks at her life in Illinois. On March 6, she raved about the meat spread during a "cousins bridal shower family dinner" in Chicago, and two days later, she showed off her mouthwatering meal at Tracks Bar & Grill in Cary. 

As Briana and her family get settled, Vicki has been spending some time at their new abode as well. In a March 5 Instagram Story, in which she tagged the location as Crystal Lake, Illinois, Vicki showed Briana's sons, Troy and Owen, playing while she talked to them about their new home. "It's going to be so fun to have you so close to...all the family, right?" she asked. Noting Troy was wearing a Chicago Bears sweatshirt, Vicki continued, "You're going to be a Bears fan and a Cubs fan?" to which Briana's oldest son replied, "Yeah."

While Vicki's North Carolina home sold in just one day, it has taken a bit more time to sell her Coto de Caza house. However, it appears she is almost ready to say goodbye to her longtime abode, which she put on the market in August 2020. "I knew one day would come that I would decide to downsize when 'I got older' and that time has come," she wrote in an Instagram post. "I will be 59 at the end of this month and this 5800 sq ft home with all the incredible memories is days away from being sold. Now that I have Puerto Vallarta as my 2nd home, my daughters new place back in the Midwest, it’s time for a 'lock and go' home with no maintenance."
