See Inside Tamra Judge's "New-Old" Covenant Hills House
After gutting multiple rooms of the house she previously used as a rental property, the RHOC alum is settling back into the stunning abode.
Tamra Judge is settling into an old home by giving it a fresh new look.
As The Real Housewives of Orange County alum's Instagram followers are well aware, after unexpectedly selling their Coto de Caza home, she and her husband, Eddie Judge, are now residing in their Covenant Hills, California house that they had been previously using as a rental property.
"Two hours after we got the offer on our Coto house, the renters in our Covenant Hills house gave notice they were moving," Tamra previously explained of the move on the Jeff Lewis Live podcast. "I knew then God was giving me a sign and we needed to trust him.”
Tamra has been actively documenting the renovations that the couple has been doing to the home, including gutting her master bathroom and closet, adding a massive shower, and putting in new flooring.
Now, it seems at least their lower level is fully ready to be lived in. On Sunday, March 29, Tamra shared several glimpses of the couple's "first dinner in our new-old house," while also showing off the home's kitchen, living room, and backyard area.

White and Bright
In the recent video clips, Tamra shows the couple's homemade dinner for the evening, including a tray of vegetables atop a sleek white marble countertop. Keeping with the open, airy vibe of the room, the kitchen is filled with several succulents and larger plants. With a sweet personal touch, the couple proudly displays a wooden cutting board next to the sink that features their wedding date. Amid the eye-catching decor in the sizable kitchen is what appears to be a black and white checkered set by Mackenzie-Childs, featuring the brand's Courtly Check Enamel Whistling Tea Kettle and matching utensil holder.
Staying Neutral
In the living room, Tamra showed off her custom made-to-order sectional from Furniture Factory. The room is anchored by a large wooden coffee table atop a black and white patterned rug and filled with neutral accents, including more plants and succulents. For a pop of color, a blue chair sits in a corner of the room in front of a black fireplace and large family photo.
Great Outdoors
The property also has an expansive outside area with ample woven couch and chair seating as well as lush greenery. For another al fresco dining option, a gray marble-top counter partially surrounds an outdoor grill, on which the couple was cooking a portion of the night's meal.
