It Looks Like Tamra Judge Just Made a Major Real Estate Move: “I Can’t Wait”
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member just teased a new home project, and we’re dying to know more.
Tamra Judge has lived in (and renovated) a few homes since we were introduced to her on Season 3 of The Real Housewives of Orange County. (She left after Season 14 and returned for Season 17.)
On Season 17 Episode 3 of RHOC, which aired on June 21, Tamra opened up about her and husband Eddie Judge’s future plans, including real estate. “Eddie and I have talked about buying property outside of California, like just to have,” Tamra told Gina Kirschenheiter at a party she was hosting to say goodbye to CUT Fitness.
Noting it would be “a second house” and not their primary residence, Tamra explained that she and Eddie were thinking of buying in a location “like Montana.”
“Before we go and buy property in Montana, [I want] to go to a dude ranch and experience the life of that,” she told Heather Dubrow, who was all in for the vacation idea.
The California mom recently revealed she purchased another property, but it’s a little bit closer to home than Montana.
Tamra Judge’s New Real Estate Venture
On August 2, Tamra took to her Instagram Stories to reveal some big news with a special snapshot. Over a photo of a large, rustic, reddish-brown house, Tamra put a “Just Sold” sticker. At the top, she wrote, “I can’t wait to start renovations,” indicating that she purchased the property and was excited to begin updating the space to her own aesthetic.
What’s more, the blonde beauty revealed the location of the property with a geotag: Big Bear Lake, California. The small city in Southern California, in the San Bernardino National Forest, is a popular locale for family getaways and tourism. The scenic spot boasts plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities, great dining and nightlife, and gorgeous views.
While Tamra didn’t indicate if this home in Big Bear is a vacation getaway or if she’s gearing up to leave the OC, we did recall some of her past posts detailing family vacations at the lush locale.
Is Tamra Judge selling her OC house?
When Tamra sat down with BravoTV.com in June, ahead of Season 17, she detailed some of the renovations at her Ladera home and teased a possible move in her future.
“The inside has been renovated. The outside has been painted. The courtyard’s been redone. Now we’re at the spot where [we are wondering if] we want to sink hundreds of thousands of dollars into our backyard. We just paid to have plans done. It’s beautiful. It’s like a resort. Or do we want to move? So we’re kind of in that limbo right now.”
“We could get a good penny for our house. But then to buy a house… there’s nothing out there,” she continued. “So we’re just playing around with the idea of possibly selling.”
