How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

On Season 17 Episode 9 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Terry showed Heather escrow papers for their new Los Angeles penthouse. Although, as Heather explained earlier in the episode, the apartment wasn’t going to be the couple’s primary home, it turns out they were also getting ready to say goodbye to their beloved house (see it in the video above).

Inside Josh Altman’s Cold Call to Heather & Terry Dubrow to Sell Their House

“Josh and Heather Altman were here yesterday,” Heather told Terry, to which he jokingly asked, “How did this even happen?”

While Heather explained she had been “wanting to sell” the house, it wasn’t something the couple had officially decided on until the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent reached out to them with an enticing offer.

“Our house isn’t on the market, but we got a cold call from Josh Altman to potentially sell our house,” Heather explained in an interview. As the episode showed, Josh called the couple while they were in the car. “There’s this family that’s looking around. They are heavy, heavy hitters,” he said. “Do you want to sell your house? Because I would ask 65 million bucks.”

In her interview, Heather shared, “I’m open to the change, and it’s almost like the universe is speaking, but there’s a long road between here and packing boxes. Let’s see if this is meant to be.”

Why Heather & Terry Dubrow Decided to Sell Their House

As we know now, it was, in fact, meant to be. In October 2022, Heather confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that she and Terry had sold the house. According to ET, the sale price was $55 million.

During an interview in the same RHOC episode, which aired on August 2, Heather opened up about the significance of saying goodbye to their home. “We’ve built so much together over the last three decades,” she said. “Selling the house, yeah, it’s a sh-t ton of money, yes. But more than that, it really signifies, like, our next chapter as a family, but also as a couple. It’s so cool.”

Terry agreed, telling Heather, “This next step is gonna be a good one.”

Heather and Terry Dubrow’s New Beverly Hills House

Although the couple still has a home in Orange County and a Los Angeles penthouse, they also have another new house in the works. “BREAKING NEWS! Watch out Beverly Hills, The Dubrow dream house is officially underway!” Heather captioned a July 24 Instagram post. “We are so excited to redo this legendary home (should take about 3 years…)”
