Heather Dubrow Says Which Housewives Have the Best Homes
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member gave some real estate credit where it was due.
Heather Dubrow has always been proud of her home, and it's no wonder why. Her iconic former abode, the so-called "Dubrow Chateau," recently sold for a record-breaking $55 million. (You can tour the storied piece of Bravo history in the clip above.)
But her house wasn't just impressive because of its hefty price tag, it was also completely customized for The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member and her family. The "chateau" boasted everything from a beautifully lit champagne wall to a luxurious closet (filled with Chanel, bien sur), and a basement bar that rivaled any swanky lounge.
After selling the Newport Beach manse, Heather and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, have acquired more jaw-dropping real estate, including an incredible penthouse in Los Angeles. Heather and Terry are also gut-renovating a "dream home" in Los Angeles.
We could continue (vacation home, anyone?) but let it just suffice to say that Heather has some rather impeccable real estate in her portfolio. However, she's also quick to compliment someone else's lovely home when she sees it.
Heather Dubrow reacts to Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards' homes
In a recent interview with Bustle, Heather was asked which of her fellow Bravolebrities' homes she admires. The Orange County mom brought up some properties that have been seen on Vanderpump Rules and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
"I’ve been to [Lisa Vanderpump's] house, and she has a really beautiful style, and her restaurants are always really pretty," Heather said. She added, "[Kyle Richards'] houses always look beautiful."
It's hard to argue with Heather's taste! After all, Lisa's storied Beverly Hills home, Villa Rosa, is the stuff of legends. When describing the home, the restaurateur has said, “Villa Rosa is all about the views and the sparkle and the feel-good factor.”
The home also boasts a stunning backyard with a very fancy dining area, a beautifully renovated kitchen, multiple lavish sitting rooms, and a jaw-dropping closet — and it's just one of Lisa's multiple homes.
Kyle's homes are also jaw-dropping. The RHOBH OG, who has multiple realtors in her family, knows a good property when she sees one. Kyle and her crew have homes in Los Angeles, Aspen, La Quinta, and Mexico.
When dishing on her current Encino home, Kyle told Entertainment Tonight in 2017, “We went into this house and I went, 'Oh my gosh.' I was completely blown away, because it's not like anything you would see in Los Angeles, normally. I just fell in love,” Fun fact: The 11,000-square-foot home had been previously owned by Smokey Robinson.
