Gina Kirschenheiter Opens Up About Working with Her Boyfriend, Travis, in Real Estate
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member explained why she and Travis Mullen are now “partners on all levels.”
Gina Kirschenheiter and her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, are now partners in a whole new way.
After previously sharing in May that she was starting a career as a real estate agent, Gina revealed on Season 17 Episode 3 of The Real Housewives of Orange County that she plans to team up with Travis on her new venture.
“I love the idea of Travis and I getting into real estate together. We are like partners on all levels,” she explained in an episode interview, noting that the couple also has plans to buy a bigger house of their own in the future. “Travis will be an amazing real estate agent, and I mean, I can definitely nail like a really cute ensemble to go into bougie homes and sell them to people.”

In a May Instagram post, Gina shared the exciting news that she was starting her real estate career. “Being able to provide for my children is my number one priority,” she wrote. “I am very excited to announce that I am embarking on a new adventure as I recently acquired my California Real Estate License!”
“I am thrilled to have joined the #1 Realty Team in Rancho Mission Viejo: The Archuletta Team,” she continued. “As the premier team in our area, they are not only equipped with years of experience and an extensive knowledge base, but they are a well-trusted family brand, which is personally important to me. As your new real estate agent, I am excited to help take care of you and your families the way I do my own!”
On the Season 17 premiere of RHOC, she explained more about what drove her new career choice. “I have to figure out how I’m going to take care of my family,” she said, referencing her three kids and Travis’ three kids. “I have six mouths to feed, and I have to send them all to college, and I need to make as much money as I can now.”

While Gina and Travis have big plans to help other people find their dream homes (and eventually upgrade their own), the couple and their combined six kids have settled into the house shown in the video above.
Gina and Travis recently renovated the house to optimize their space. “The changes have been a total game changer,” Gina told BravoTV.com in 2022. “The way that our home was set up before was not really conducive to a family with six children. So that was most of the thought process with changing it. So everything is stunningly beautiful, but it’s also very functional for us as a family.”
