You Have to See Where Emily Simpson Hides Her Kids' Toys

With three little kids running around, it’s a wonder that Emily Simpson was even able to answer the door for her BravoTV.com home tour fully-dressed and glammed. But when we came a calling, The Real Housewives of Orange County’s newest cast member looked gorge and her house was pristine. A-mazing. (Watch the video above to see what we mean.)

First, she showed us her formal living room, hilariously describing it in a way that all parents can relate to. “You know, it’s that room that you try to keep kids out of so they don’t destroy anything and you have one nice room in your house.” Yep, Emily, we totally know all about that.

Next up was her kid-friendly family room, located off the kitchen. Featuring a soft couch that the kids jump on and an oversized leather ottoman in lieu of a hard coffee table (no broken bones or eye injuries!), the room was mostly notable because it was so, so very clean. Where oh where are the kids toys?! Get this, Emily hides them in chic, decorative boxes. “That’s a good way for you to have toys for your kids to play with, but your house still looks like it’s in order and looks decorated,” she told us. Genius mom hack, Emily!
