Gretchen Rossi has officially hit the 39th-week mark in her pregnancy, and now it's down to the wire to get her and  fiancé Slade Smiley's California home ready for their first child. In May, Gretchen shared that she decided to convert her combination office and dressing room into a nursery for baby Skylar. Since then, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum and her fiancé have been prepping the nursery with light pink and gray furniture (matching their opulent master bedroom), and now they're down to the final details.

How to Watch

"The house is almost ready, still need to do some finishing touches to the nursery, like hang the wallpaper and changing out some drawer pulls etc," Gretchen wrote in a recent Instagram post.

The RHOC mom-to-be also shouted out Slade, who "has been a huge help these past few weeks getting everything done around the house! (Including attaching everything to the walls after our scare of some earthquakes rolling through.)" As for Gretchen, "I have been majorly nesting! Getting rid of tons of stuff, cleaning every nook and cranny like a crazy woman and putting each room back together with our new rugs on the floor (from my favorite place @orianrugs) so she can crawl around and not be just on our hardwood floors."

Gretchen added: "It’s been a lot of work these past couple months getting the house ready, building cribs and bassinets, washing her clothes and building out her closet."

The fashionista has also been busy gathering all of the baby's products, including diapers and bottles for her arrival, washing the car, grooming the dogs, and washing all of the bedding in the house in preparation. "No wonder I had major cankles yesterday," she quipped.

Tomorrow I am #39 weeks! Yeah made it to full term (according to my app @whattoexpect) ✨ I am both anxious and excited about meeting her this week! (They are inducing me because I guess at my age (old AF 😜) your placenta starts to die off after week 39 🥴 and could lead to potential problems, so I am trusting my Doctor with her advice, and I have done a ton of research on it, so I feel like it is the best decision for the safety of me and baby 👍🏻 ✨ The house is almost ready, still need to do some finishing touches to the nursery, like hang the wallpaper and changing out some drawer pulls etc. but I promise I will let you guys see it when it’s done 🙌🏻 ✨ Thank goodness for Slade as he has been a huge help these past few weeks getting everything done around the house! (Including attaching everything to the walls after our scare of some earthquakes rolling through) I have been majorly nesting! Getting rid of tons of stuff, cleaning every nook and cranny like a crazy woman 😜 and putting each room back together with our new rugs on the floor (from my favorite place @orianrugs) so she can crawl around and not be just on our hardwood floors. It’s been a lot of work these past couple months getting the house ready, building cribs and bassinets, washing her clothes and building out her closet (with the help of @thecontainerstore) Getting all the diapers, bottles, and products I think we will need for her arrival! ✨ Washing our car right now as we speak, groomed the dogs, and washed all their beds and blankets throughout the house! Needless to say no wonder I had major cankles yesterday 🙈I have been doing a lot to get ready! ✨ I have a doctors appt. today to see if I am dilated at all 🙏🏻 and fetal diagnostics again tomorrow (with blood work) to prep for the big arrival on Wednesday! Cannot believe the day is almost here when I get to meet our sweet baby girl I have prayed for my whole life! 🙏🏻❤️ Not gunna lie I’m super nervous about delivery, but I know once she is in my arms it will all be worth it! Thank you all for your prayers this week! 🙏🏻 ✨ Swipe left 👈🏻 Dress from @ladyjetset hat from the Bahamas, sunnies from @forever21 #GretchenChristine Purse
