The Real Housewives of New York City mogul Bethenny Frankel showed Bobby Flay "how it's done."
Bethenny Frankel is not someone you want to go up against. Just ask the "moron" who had something to say about her food allergies on Twitter. If she's in the mood to take you down, she'll do so handily — and with a classic Bethenny flourish.
And that's just what happened when The Real Housewives of New York City pal appeared on Bobby Flay's Food Network show. On the episode, Bethenny and Food Network's Scott Conant got to decide who actually gets a shot at Flay. But off camera, Bethenny heated up the competition in other ways.
Turning herself upside down in Flay's on-set kitchen — while wearing jeans and stiletto heels — Bethenny challenged him to a yoga throwdown. "Bobby Flay, let's see your yoga pose," she captioned a behind-the-scenes peek on her Instagram Stories.
