Sonja Morgan Gives a Sneak Peek Into Her Fridge

Sonja Morgan recently let BravoTV.com take a peek inside the fridge in her pink kitchen. And while she relayed its contents, The Real Housewives of New York City designer offered a few of her personal tips for appetite suppression, better sleep, and staying full for longer.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of New York City on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and stream next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

"First of all, I have this hot sauce, because hot sauce keeps your metabolism up and it kills your appetite," she said. Next, she honed in on her pesto collection. "I also have pesto on hand at all times, because... pesto is a no-brainer," she opined. "You add it to pasta, and I'm into lentil and chickpea pastas." (Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave would approve.)

Next, she grabbed a jar of green olives. "They're a great staple to have around; they last forever and... full fat satiates your appetite. Another full-fat item I can't live without is Greek yogurt," she shared. "I'll even add a little honey and go crazy, because I know it will keep me full for a very long time."

Sonja also revealed exactly how she takes her coffee. "I also have my cream, it's a heavy whipping cream, and I add that to my coffee with butter," she said. "I'm full for quite a while. I don't even need food!" For a "treat," she added some sugar-free whipped cream to her coffee. "You feel really happy ... and you don't feel deprived," she said.

Also on hand: two pitchers of water infused with citrus, mint, or basil. "Recently, I learned about cherry juice," she said. "Sour cherry juice is known to help you sleep; it's very calming, and it cuts down on uric acid. So if you hang out with a party group like mine, sometimes that's not a bad idea." She added, "Thanks for coming to ... get my tips on how to eat well and feel well."
