See Inside Luann de Lesseps' Houses, From the Hamptons to Manhattan & More
The Real Housewives of New York City alum has resided in beautiful apartments and picturesque country homes.
Luann de Lesseps has lived in lots of fabulous places. “I grew up in Connecticut," The Real Housewives of New York City alum explained when Bravo fans first met her in Season 1. "Then I was a model in New York; moved to Milan."
On the show, we've seen Luann live in various apartments on New York City's Upper East Side and Upper West Side, as she lived with and then divorced her first husband, Count Alexandre de Lesseps, and subsequently married and divorced her second husband, Tom D'Agostino. She also owned a number of vacation homes in the Hamptons and the Catskills.
Here's what to know about the Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake cast member's current and former homes:
Luann de Lesseps' Upper East Side Townhouse from RHONY Season 1
When Bravo fans first met Luann in Season 1, she was living in an Upper East Side townhouse (seen in minute 1:25 in the above video) with her then-husband, the Count, and her two children, Victoria and Noel.
Luann explained that her husband traveled a lot, and she was in charge of holding things down in their Manhattan pad. However, they liked to get out of the city as much as possible, too.
“Every summer we escape to the Hamptons because the city becomes so hot and full of tourists that we love to get out to our house on the beach,” she said in the episode.

Ahead of RHONY Season 5 (which aired in 2012), Luann invited cameras into the Hamptons abode — where she spent lots of time in the summers — for a full tour. “It’s really one of my favorite places besides New York City to live,” she shared in the clip above.
In the video, she shared a look inside the impressive property, which had a stunning backyard (complete with sunken tennis court) that was fully visible from the screened in patio. “This is actually one of our favorite places to be in the summer,” Luann said of the patio. “We have guests here as well as the dining room table and we open up the doors and this really becomes our summer dining room.”
Luann de Lesseps’ Manhattan Penthouse
During her relationship with Tom — which lasted from 2015 through 2017 — the two lived together in a New York City penthouse. She gave Bravo viewers a tour of the pad, which you can watch in the video above.
It included dark wood paneling in the entryway, a spacious living room with mid-century furniture, and a terrace with sweeping Manhattan views. “It’s just gorgeous,” Luann gushed of the balcony.
Luann de Lesseps’ Sag Harbor House
Luann also owned a home in Sag Harbor, where she spent a lot of time after her split from Tom. (She did a beautiful renovation, too, which was covered by Architectural Digest.) The N.Y. Post reported she listed it for sale for $6.25 million in June 2018. But, the home was at the center of some legal drama with her family, which is why she ultimately decided not to sell it.
The abode was 2,500 square feet and had four bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as a chef’s kitchen, three fireplaces, and backyard overlooking the water complete with a dock. (You can catch a glimpse of the backyard by pressing play on the video clip above.)
Luann de Lesseps’ Catskills House
In 2018, Luann purchased a mid-century modern home in Port Ewan for $1 million, according to The Daily Mail. The stunning property included a kitchen with new appliances, slate floors, spectacular river views, spacious closets, and a dock for launching onto the Hudson River. The most unique feature was its circular structure, which made it even more ideal for soaking in the views.
In 2020, Luann put the manse on the market for $1.15 million. According to People, Luann decided to sell the property after spending less time there than she had intended. "I'm actually quite sad to be selling this home because it's a very special place for me," she told the magazine. "I love spending time upstate due to its privacy, beautiful lakes and hiking."
She moved out later that year.
Luann de Lesseps moved back to NYC in 2018
Following her stint in rehab and some time away upstate, Luann returned to New York City full-time in August 2018. ““Moving back to New York City! Is [NYC] ready for Countess? I hold the city down,” Luann joked on Instagram at the time, though she did not say which part of the city she’d be residing in.
In the months that followed, she offered some peeks at her new home on Instagram, including a galley kitchen, a dining room with lots of windows, and a bedroom with wood floors.
Luann de Lesseps moved to the Upper West Side in August 2019
In August 2019, Luann shared with her Instagram followers that she was on the move to a new NYC apartment yet again. That time, she was headed to the Upper West Side.
In the video tour of her apartment (which you can watch above), Luann showed off her “very cozy” living room, a white kitchen, and “a great view overlooking Lincoln Center.”
Luann de Lesseps showed off her new Upper East Side apartment in 2021
When Season 13 of The Real Housewives of New York City kicked off in May 2021, Luann had a brand new apartment to show off that was located on NYC's Upper East Side.
"It kind of feels good to be back in my old neighborhood," she said in an episode, seen in a video at the top of this post. "I had a townhouse for years on the Upper East Side. It was my stomping grounds. So it's kind of nice to be back and living around my girlfriends."
The new pad has a beautiful open kitchen, a dreamy white bedroom, some funky art pieces, and a big balcony that overlooks the penthouse she once shared with Tom.
