Kelly Bensimon Sold $50 Million Worth of NYC Real Estate in 3 Months
The Real Housewives of New York City alum is "killing it" as an agent at Douglas Elliman.
Bravo personalities tend to make a splash at Douglas Elliman. The prestigious real-estate firm counts Million Dollar Listing New York's Fredrik Eklund among its top agents, for example, and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Tracy Tutor reps the brokerage on the West Coast. One of the firm's newest rising stars is also a member of the Bravo family.
The Real Housewives of New York City alum Kelly Bensimon joined Douglas Elliman's Holly Parker team in August 2019. "They are the perfect strategic partner for me in real estate," the former model wrote on Instagram at the time — and it seems that the partnership has paid off in spades.
On March 1, Page Six reported that Kelly has sold $50 million worth of real estate since January 1 of this year. "That’s a lot of very expensive square footage for anyone, especially a newcomer to the business, and the quarter isn’t even over,” an anonymous source told the publication. “She’s been killing it.”
The source added that Kelly has an extensive network of contacts in New York City, Palm Beach, and the Hamptons.
