The Real Housewives of New York City alum shared a look at her charming investment property in Bridgehampton.
Bethenny Frankel loves a good real-estate investment ... as Bethenny and Fredrik fans know particularly well! The Real Housewives of New York City alum also has an expert eye for renovations.
In a July Instagram post, the Skinnygirl mogul wrote: "One of my great passions is renovating & transforming homes with huge potential." And she's kept on going with passion projects, most recently turning her attention to a former bed and breakfast in Bridgehampton, New York.
In an October 12 Instagram post, Bethenny shared snaps of the latest crown jewel in her real-estate portfolio. In her caption, the New York City mama shared how she's been beautifying the charming property. (Check out the before & after photos of the stunning home here!)
"Every property I invest in has its own unique charm and story. This Victorian house in Bridgehampton was built around 1910 and used to be a bed and breakfast called the 'Morning Glory House,'” she wrote.
"This was creatively economical renovation for an investment property. Designing to accentuate light and space and simplifying an overall look does wonders. I mixed some of the original detailing and old world glamour with modern touches. More Bethenny Design Projects to come." Bethenny added a hashtag spelling out renovation project.
