Bethenny Frankel Totally Transformed This Connecticut Home: Before & After Photos
The RHONY alum turned a "1945 classic colonial in Connecticut from old school into a light and airy modern luxe retreat."
Bethenny Frankel has officially said goodbye to her Connecticut investment property. After reportedly purchasing the home last year for $2.1 million and putting it on the market for $3.375 million in early 2021, The Real Housewives of New York City alum sold the home "in less than a month" after giving it a total transformation.
In a recent Instagram post, Bethenny shared a detailed look at her "design project" by showing before and after photos. "One of my great passions is renovating & transforming homes with huge potential," she wrote. "I turned this 1945 classic colonial in Connecticut from old school into a light and airy modern luxe retreat."
"We preserved original elements from the home where we could, never wasting, and being creative," she continued. "I completely reimagined the flow of the space to be more open and inviting."
As seen in the photos, Bethenny truly redesigned every detail of the home, from the flooring to the paint to the decor. With this project complete, Bethenny is already on to the next one — and she's considering big ideas for the future. "I also have a new investment property I can’t wait to show you soon," she wrote. When a commenter asked, "[Skinnygirl] real estate?" she replied, "Maybe!"
